fbajia provides an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of fbajia, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game participation, and conduct on the platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

fbajia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

To open an Account and use fbajia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fbajia is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be excluded from online gambling services, whether by self-exclusion through fbajia or by any applicable regulatory body.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or under any form of power of attorney for the purpose of gambling.

fbajia reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Age verification documents may be requested. Any winnings generated by an ineligible user will be voided and forfeited.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on fbajia. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide a valid and unique email address, a secure password, and any other information reasonably requested by fbajia. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fbajia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify fbajia immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. fbajia reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not access fbajia from shared or public devices without logging out after each session.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by the Platform when available.
• Ensure your registered contact details remain current at all times.

fbajia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied to BDT accounts.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Specific maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and will be displayed within the cashier section of your Account. fbajia reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, subject to platform verification rules.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, fbajia may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of your balance derived from those bonuses becomes withdrawable.
• fbajia aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements outstanding on your Account.
• fbajia reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All funds deposited into your fbajia Wallet are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. fbajia does not pay interest on Account balances.

fbajia offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL cricket season, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of availability.

General bonus conditions applicable to all fbajia promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited in BDT and held separately from Real Funds in your Wallet until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless fbajia explicitly states otherwise.
• fbajia reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent prior to satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.

• For sports betting, fbajia reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error is identified, or where the result has been materially affected by circumstances outside the normal course of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbajia platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in games where collusion is possible, including poker and rummy variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploits must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so and exploitation for gain will result in account closure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fbajia staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party access to your Account for any purpose, including allowing someone else to play on your behalf.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

Nothing in these Terms grants the User any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fbajia content without prior written consent.

Game content is provided under licence from individual game studios and remains their respective intellectual property. fbajia does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Users through the provision of access to games on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajia shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if fbajia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors that are outside the reasonable control of fbajia, including third-party network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss suffered as a result of a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses arising from account closure due to breach.

fbajia's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fbajia makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

fbajia collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with fbajia, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

All personal data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. fbajia uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data in transit. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Closure by the User: You may close your fbajia Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any Real Funds balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure (subject to no outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by fbajia: fbajia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on the Account.
• The User is found to be ineligible (e.g., under 21 years of age).
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to fbajia.

Where an Account is closed by fbajia due to breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account (including both Real Funds and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited at fbajia's discretion. Where closure is not due to any fault of the User, Real Funds will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

fbajia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fbajia will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent on-site notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the fbajia platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fbajia platform should be raised in the first instance by contacting our support team at [email protected]. fbajia aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
